Yes, we are an authorized retailer. Every Seiko timepiece we sell is 100% authentic and comes in its original packaging with a valid manufacturer's warranty.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your watch sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Watches must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags, protective plastics, and box sets intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do Seiko watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our Seiko watches include a 3-year limited warranty that covers internal movement defects. This warranty is honored at any authorized Seiko service center.
Can I have the watch bracelet resized before shipping?
To ensure the best fit, we recommend having your bracelet resized by a local jeweler. Please note that once links are removed or the watch is sized, it is no longer eligible for return.
