Prepare the Package

Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective tags intact to ensure a full refund.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, removing any old marks.

Verification and Refund

Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
